Welcome to the CUNY Leadership Academy (CLA) website. Here you'll find information about all of our programs, links to leadership initiatives across CUNY, information about events and community service opportunities, and much more. Our goal is to provide you with a dynamic and interactive web based resource for leadership education at CUNY and beyond.

The Academy is a growing resource for all CUNY students, faculty, and staff. We strive to be a center for global leadership research and education, while working to build upon CUNY's great tradition of service to our community, New York City.

The three core programs of the Academy are the CLA Fellows Program, the signature program of the Academy; the CUNY Ambassadors Program which focuses on leadership through advocacy; and CUNY Corps which focuses on leadership through service. 

The CLA also hosts the annual Emerging Leaders Conference, open to all CUNY students interested in improving their leadership skills; and the New Leadership Challenge for all newly elected student government officials.  In addition, the CLA hosts the Annual CUNY Student Leadership Awards.
